HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE?

HOW DO I SET UP AND LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT & CHANGE MY PROFILE INFORMATION?

 

It’s very simple: hover your mouse to “Login”, then click on “Create Account”. .


Fill out all the boxes and you’ll be ready to go!

If you forgot your username and/or password, simply click on “Forgot your password?” located on the login screen.  Enter your email address in the text box, then click, “Submit”. A password reset link will then be emailed to you so that you can re-enter a new one. Please feel free email us at customerservice@thatsurprisewitness.com  if you are having difficulty accessing your account.

 

Shipping

*Please note, shipping time does not include order processing time. Hours of operation are from 9:00AM to 5:PM EST Monday thru Friday. All orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will begin processing the following Monday at 9AM EST.

Once payment on your order has been received along with verification of shipping & billing information, your order will be processed within 5 days and may take up to 3-7 more business days in transit.  

 

CAN YOU SHIP MY ITEM/S OVERSEAS?

Unfortunately, we only ship to 50 US states(excluding US Territories).

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

That Surprise Witness accepts debit and credit cards from the following services:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation which will include a unique tracking number. 

 

CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER THAT I ALREADY PLACED?

If you would like to change an order that you have already placed, please email customerservice@thatsurprisewitness.com

  

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES BROKEN AND/OR DAMAGED? WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

Items damaged during shipping or incorrect items received are eligible for returns and/or exchanges (excluding shipping charges) and must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

 

WHY DID I GET A DIFFERENT VERSION FROM WHAT I ORIGINALLY ORDERED?

Put simply, manufacturers have the rights to alter/change/revise the designs of every product they carry without notice. So, we do our best to update all of our inventory imagery as soon as we get those updates!

 

HOW DO I RETURN /EXCHANGE ANY OTHER ITEM/S? 

For all other returns, they must be in their original containers with original packaging and must be in new condition. Laundered or used items may NOT be returned. You may submit your requests within 30 days upon receipt.
